Position Summary:
Pact seeks NRM Learning and Capacity Development Specialists for an upcoming USAID-funded global program. Candidate experience should include one or more of the skill areas below:
• Organizational Capacity Assessment and Analysis
• Knowledge management around communities and natural resources
• Cross sectoral and strategic planning
• Capacity building and institutional strengthening
• Gender integration and strengthening of disadvantaged groups
• Network capacity assessment and strengthening
• Training and workshop facilitation
• Gathering and dissemination of best practices and lesson learning in the NRM sector
Required Qualifications:
• 5-10 years experience in knowledge management, information systems, capacity development and institutional strengthening
• Master degree or higher in information systems, library science, public administration, public policy, or related field
• Documented successes and experience with environmental and climate policy and strategy development and implementation in developing countries
• Fluent English language skills
• Proficiency in a second language preferable
