Are you an experienced, proactive and solutions-oriented Human Resources Manager? Then, Christian Aid would like to hear from you. As the main HR expert in the Latin America and Caribbean region you will lead on all aspects of human resources in 8 countries, raising the profile of HR and providing excellent service to staff and managers. To be suited to this role you will be a strong HR generalist with a «can do attitude», excellent organisational and communication skills, and a proven track record of working at a fairly senior HR level. You will have extensive experience of building credible relationships quickly and of managing both day-to-day tasks as well as projects. Reporting to the Head of Region, you will be responsible for providing both operational and strategic HR support to the region therefore you will need to demonstrate significant levels of initiative and independence.
You must be qualified to degree level with a professional qualification in a HR-related discipline with a sound knowledge of Employment Law. You will need to communicate fluently verbally and in writing, both in English and Spanish.
