Human Resource Officer – PE 3241 / Local Contract
Responsible for country specific HR processes: Recruitment & Selection, HRD, Compensation and Benefits, organizational development and Health & Safety. Supports the establishment of labour agreements. Implements specific corporate and regional policies. Is operationally responsible for specific HR processes (e.g. recruitment, absence etc.) and ensures quality of personnel data.
Implementation of HR strategy and policy:
Responsible for Recruitment & Selection in the country; supports Regional HR Manager in implementing HR policies and HRD issues in the country; maintains consistent labour agreements; and advises and assists management on appointment, transfer, dismissal, working conditions and disputes.
Solves HR questions for all country based staff.
Personnel data administration
Checks personnel data for HCN and internationals and enters HR data into SAP; manages salary, pension, and personnel administrative systems for HCN staff.
Strategic Management support
As member of the Country Management Team advises Country Director on all HR related issues
Bachelor degree Human Resources or related field;
Minimum of 5 years professional working experience;
Bilingual : English and Spanish
