Duties and Responsibilities
The Information Resources Clerk provides support for the management of the information resources at the FAO Representation. He / she works under the overall guidance of the FAO Representative, the direct supervision of the National Administrative Officer, and the technical guidance of the Information Technology Officer (ITO) of OCD. The incumbent ensures the up-to-date setup and management of the office’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) system(s) and equipment, and maintain the country office’s Registry and Library, both physical and virtual.

Qualification Requirements
Education: Secondary school education supplemented with training in Information and Communication Technology.
Experience: Four years of progressively responsible experience in Registry and Information Management and at least one year experience in user support for MS Windows operating systems and MS Office software.
Languages: Working knowledge (level C) of English, and working knowledge of Spanish.
Other Skills: Excellent knowledge of the functionality of standard office software, such as MS Windows and MS Office. Knowledge of electronic filing systems, HTML and principles of web design. Knowledge of hard- and software configurations and network functions. Knowledge of library and/or registry cataloguing techniques
